Ned Mansour is the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Reichel and Drews, joining the company in 2024. He leads all sales and marketing efforts, helping drive growth while building on the company’s long-standing history in engineered solutions.

Ned has over 18 years of leadership experience, with a strong focus on sales strategy, market development, change management and the development of building high-performing teams.

He is passionate about continuous improvement, building strong teams, and delivering practical solutions that support long-term growth.

Ned holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from West Virginia University and has experience in change management and process improvement.
