Current openings:

Reichel & Drews is looking to bring on board a new Consumables Sales Manager at our office in Itasca, IL.  This role is dedicated to managing and building revenue for the Consumables portfolio within The Reichel & Drews company by selling upgrades, parts, knives, and service, to existing and newly added customers through the efforts of you and your team members.
Responsibilities
  • Develop, build, and maintain strong business relationships with customers
  • Manage a team of Consumable sales associates
  • Strong technical skills combined with excellent business acumen
  • An ability to take initiative and work with limited direction
  • Generate a pipeline of Consumables business to increase revenue performance and profitability
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • The ability to work closely with internal departments and operations personnel to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution
  • High proficiency in typical business tools including common hardware, software applications, ERP and Salesforce experience preferred
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business
  • 3+ years’ of sales experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong understanding of business management, financial, and leadership principles.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Time and project management skills.
  • Ability to analyze processes and information, identify problems and trends, and develop effective solutions and strategies.
  • Commitment to providing exceptional service to customers and support to staff members.
