Curtis Maas is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the RDI Group, which is headquartered in Itasca, Illinois. He has served as CEO of RDI since 1985.  The RDI Group provides capital equipment and related products to manufacturing customers worldwide in a wide range of industries including asphalt roofing, metal coil processing, utilities, data centers and medical PPE. The RDI Group serves customers by providing manufacturing solutions to exactly meet their needs, and offering full life cycle support including spare parts, technical support and upgrades.

Maas holds active board positions in various businesses in a range of industries, and in the community.  Currently he is the Board Chair of Quest Academy in Palatine, Illinois, and a board member and long-time supporter of Junior Achievement of Chicago.

A native of Rochester, New York, Maas holds a BSME degree from Northwestern University and an MBA from the University of Chicago.
