Herm Ilag is the Vice President of Operations, HR, and Safety for The RDI Group. He joined the company in 2006 and leads day-to-day operations across manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, and human resources.

Before coming to RDI, Herm worked as a Regional Human Resources Manager at Panera Bread, where he supported Fresh Dough manufacturing and distribution plants across the country.

Herm also spent seven years as an Adjunct Professor at Northwestern University’s McCormick School of Engineering, sharing his knowledge with future engineers.

He holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Illinois Chicago and an MBA with a certification in Human Resources Management from the Keller Graduate School of Management. He is also a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and a Six Sigma Green Belt.
