Ross Oberg is the Chief Technology Officer at The RDI Group, where he leads equipment design and new product development across the organization.

Ross joined RDI in 1996 and has held a variety of engineering and leadership roles, including Project Engineer, Project Manager, and Manager and Director of Engineering. His experience spans multiple RDI companies, where he has been involved in the design and management of custom equipment for over 40 years.

Before joining RDI, Ross worked on project management for military programs at Illinois Tool Works.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
