Debbie Erives is the Vice President of Sales & Marketing for RDI Enclosures & Systems, joining the team in 2024. She leads the sales organization and helps guide the company’s growth through strategic planning and customer collaboration.

Debbie has over 20 years of experience in sales leadership, project engineering, and team development. Before joining RDI, she held key leadership roles at FCX Performance and served as North American Sales Manager for Gardner Denver Nash.

She is especially passionate about mentoring and supporting women in engineering and technical sales.

Debbie holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Boston University, where she was also a Division I athlete.
