Shank Shanmugabaskaran is the Chief Information Officer for The RDI Group. He leads the company’s information technology strategy and helps align systems, processes, and data across the organization.

Shank joined RDI in 2010 and has held a variety of leadership roles, guiding teams across IT and business process development. His experience focuses on connecting technology with business needs, improving processes, and supporting better decision-making.

Before joining RDI, Shank served as Director of Information Technology at GeoAnalytics, where he led the implementation of cloud-based data and analytics platforms.

Shank holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and is currently pursuing his Executive MBA at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management..
