Jim Russell is the Vice President of Engineering for The RDI Group, where he leads the engineering team with a focus on developing equipment that supports productivity and performance.

Jim joined RDI in 1994 and has held a range of roles, including Design Engineer, Project Engineer, and Manager of Engineering, before moving into sales leadership and his current position. He has over 30 years of experience in the design, management, and sales of custom equipment.

He is focused on delivering practical, high-value solutions and supporting collaboration across teams.

Jim holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Technology and a Master of Science in Industrial Management from Northern Illinois University.
