Job Summary

This position is responsible for supporting sales growth of our engineered enclosure products. Build long-term, repeat order with relationships with customers by offering, selling, and implementing solutions that meet their needs.  

Outcomes

Drive consistent sales revenue and margin growth year over year.

Critical Competencies

  • 5 years or more experience in selling
  • Relationships in one or more of these industries Utility, Electrical Power, Data Center
  • Strong technical aptitude in building engineering and mechanical/electrical systems
  • BS degree in engineering or another technical field required
  • Experience and familiarity with the Data Center industry
  • Ability to manage and grow a pipeline of Enclosures business with multiple customers
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to negotiate and close deals
  • A proven track record of teamwork with internal departments and operations personnel to collaborate to ensure customer satisfaction and effective problem solving
  • Proficiency in typical business tools including MS Office, CRM and ERP applications, Salesforce experience preferred

Job Summary

This position will be responsible for providing in-house and field service support of installations, start-up, troubleshooting, and testing of RDI Manufactured Machinery and Enclosures.

Outcomes

  • Organized installation and commissioning of equipment.
  • Building good customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • On-time and on budget installation.

Critical Competencies

  • Ability to travel extensively includes domestic and international
  • 5 years or more experience in machine building or service installations
  • Clean driving record
  • Competent in reading and utilizing mechanical and construction drawings/models to build equipment and install correctly in the field
  • Strong people skills and ability to work through on-site situations and provide required solutions
  • Test machines while in-house, including mechanical, electrical, pneumatics, and hydraulics
  • Install, start-up, maintain, evaluate, repair and test RDI machines and equipment in the field
  • Create and provide service reports and related documentation to RDI management daily
  • Perform operational tests, make final adjustments, and verify machines are produced within tolerance and contractual specifications

Job Summary

The quality inspector is responsible for performing inspections of components and finished products to defined specifications, conducting required test, and accurately recording inspection results to ensure conformity with quality standards and customer requirements. 

Critical Competencies

  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and work instructions. 
  • Working knowledge of inspection methods, measurement techniques, and continual improvement principles (Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, ISO 9001).
  • Proficiency in the use of inspection records and maintain required documentation. 
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify, document, and report nonconforming conditions. 
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills to support collaboration with internal customer and external customers or suppliers. 
  • Intermediate computer proficiency, including data entry using Microsoft Office, ERP system.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize inspection activities to support production requirements. 
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-based manufacturing environment. 
  • Experience operating material handling equipment such as forklifts and overhead cranes (certification preferred).
