Whether making shingles or modified bitumen membrane roll roofing the proper cooling of the asphalt/bitumen membrane is critical to product quality and production rate. Our cooling sections utilize advance atomized water spray technology for maximum cooling in the least amount of time and space. Unlike inefficient conductive heat transfer methods that require expensive large diameter rolls that are cooled with chilled water, atomized spray cooling utilizes evaporative cooling for maximum energy dissipation.
